How to Use & Store

  • Schedule: Follow your prescribed dose on a 5-on / 2-off weekly rhythm. If you miss a dose, take it when remembered unless it’s close to the next—don’t double.
  • SubQ injections: Wash hands → alcohol swab skin → pinch 1" of tissue (abdomen or outer thigh) → insert at 45–90° → inject slowly → dispose in a sharps container. Rotate sites.
  • Nasal/oral peptides: Use as directed (sprays or capsules); avoid eating/drinking 10–15 minutes after nasal sprays unless advised otherwise.
  • Storage: Keep reconstituted vials refrigerated (36–46°F / 2–8°C) and protected from light. Do not freeze. Check beyond-use dates on labels.
  • Safety: Stop and contact us for rash, persistent nausea, severe headache, or any concerns. This program is clinician-supervised; follow your custom plan.
  • Travel: Keep vials upright in an insulated pouch with cold packs; carry prescriptions when flying.

Peptide FAQs

Most people notice early changes in energy, appetite, sleep, or recovery within 2–3 weeks. Body composition and skin benefits typically build across the full 8-week cycle.
Singles are great for one clear goal (e.g., recovery, focus). Bundles combine peptides that work synergistically for multi-benefit results (e.g., fat loss + energy + recovery).
Labs are ordered if clinically indicated based on your history and goals. Your provider will review the plan and any monitoring needed at your consult.
We use medical-grade products and clinician dosing. Mild redness at the injection site or temporary nausea can occur; serious reactions are uncommon but should be reported immediately.
Often yes—many patients combine peptides with nutrition coaching, resistance training, or IV therapy. We’ll customize the timing so protocols don’t overlap or conflict.
