What custom facial actually does

An hour that starts with your esthetician actually looking at your skin — under a lamp, up close — and then building the treatment around what she finds. Cleanse and exfoliation are a given; whether the middle of it is a peel, extractions, high-frequency, a mask, LED or massage depends on what your skin is doing that day. It is the same set of tools every other facial on the menu uses, without deciding which ones you need before you arrive.

What happens at your appointment

Analyze

A proper look at your skin, and a conversation about what it has been doing lately, what you are using on it, and what is coming up in your calendar.

Cleanse & exfoliate

A double cleanse, then exfoliation chosen for your skin rather than the schedule.

Treat

The part that changes. Extractions if you are congested, a peel if you have the downtime, calming if you are reactive, hydration if you are flat.

Finish

Mask, massage, and SPF. You leave with what was used written down, so the next one builds on it.

Time. The Member Facial is thirty minutes and free with membership, and it is a focused version of this. This is a full hour, which is enough for a proper analysis, extractions that are not rushed, and a mask and massage at the end.

A HydraFacial is one specific device doing one specific thing, very well, every time. This is your esthetician choosing from everything else we have based on what your skin needs that day. Neither is better — they answer different questions.

That is the point of booking this one. You do not need to arrive with a diagnosis.

If you need them and your skin can take them that day. We would rather do fewer properly than clear everything and send you home inflamed.

Yes, and two to three days before is the sweet spot. Tell us the date at the start and we will keep it gentle rather than doing anything that peels.
