Who we are

This policy covers www.bluewaterwellnesscenter.com and nothing else — your treatment records are held separately under the rules that apply to medical records, not under this policy.

What you give us

Every form on this site — the contact form, the quiz, the treatment pages, the creator application — sends the same way, to us by email. Depending on the form, that includes:

• Your first name, email address and mobile number.
• Anything you type into a message or notes field.
• On the creator application: the platform you post on, your handle, and roughly where you live.
• Which form you used, which page you were on, and the country your connection appears to come from.

Nothing is required beyond what the form asks for. If you would rather not use a form at all, call or text (904) 686-6060.

What is collected automatically

Microsoft Clarity

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how people actually use this site: which sections get read, what gets tapped, and where somebody gives up. It records page interactions and replays them, and it sets cookies to recognise a returning visit. Microsoft may combine that data with its own, as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Form fields are masked. Every form on this site is marked so that what you type into it is hidden from the recording — a name or a phone number appears as blocks, not characters. That masking is written into the page itself rather than set in a dashboard, so it cannot be switched off by accident.

Podium

The chat bubble and the online booking are run by Podium. Anything you type into the chat, and everything you enter when booking, goes to them under their policy. Booking happens on their site, not ours.

Maps

The contact page embeds a Google map. Loading it tells Google you visited that page.

Stored on your device

This site keeps a few things in your browser's own storage so it behaves sensibly between visits: what is in your cart, your quiz result, and whether you have already seen a popup. It stays on your device, we cannot read it, and clearing your browser data removes it.

Who else sees it

• Resend — delivers the form emails to us.
• Podium — our booking, chat and messaging system, where leads are followed up.
• Microsoft — Clarity, as described above.
• Anyone we are legally required to give it to.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not hand it to anyone to advertise their own products to you.

What we do with it

Reply to you, book you in, answer the thing you asked, and keep a record of having done so. If you have asked about a treatment, we may follow up about that treatment. We use the analytics to make the site work better, not to build a profile of you.

Please do not send medical information here

The forms and the chat on this website are ordinary business messages, not a secure medical channel, and nothing on this site is a patient portal. Do not send symptoms, conditions, medications or anything else you would consider medical history through them. Call (904) 686-6060 and we will take it properly.

Your choices

• Get it deleted. Email hello@bluewaterwellnesscenter.com or text (904) 686-6060 and ask. We will remove what we hold, except anything we have to keep as a medical or business record.
• Stop the analytics. Browser settings, private browsing, or an ad blocker will all stop Clarity from loading. Nothing on this site stops working without it.
• Stop hearing from us. Reply STOP to a text, use the unsubscribe link in an email, or just tell us.
• Clear what is on your device. Clearing site data in your browser removes the cart, the quiz result and the rest.

Children

This site is meant for adults, and our treatments are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a child has sent us something, tell us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be obvious rather than quiet.
